Terms, privacy and refunds
Rimecall is made and sold by [your name or company], [address], [company registration and VAT number, if any]. Contact: [support e-mail]. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the reseller ("merchant of record") and issue your invoices.
Terms of use
What you get. A licence to use Rimecall on computers you own or use yourself. A licence is personal: don't share or resell your licence key.
Trial and free version. Rimecall runs with every feature for 7 days after the first start, then for up to two characters at a time without a licence.
Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time in My Account. Rimecall Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime licences are a single payment and include later updates of Rimecall.
Your game accounts. Rimecall starts and controls game clients on your own PC. Whether multiboxing, key broadcasting or automatic logins are allowed is decided by the server you play on. You are responsible for following its rules; we can't help with actions a server takes against your accounts.
Not affiliated. Rimecall is not made, endorsed or supported by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
No guarantees. We work to keep Rimecall reliable, but it's provided as it is, without a guarantee that it works with every client, server or setup. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for Rimecall in the last 12 months.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes to paid plans are announced by e-mail before they take effect.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of [your country]. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country stay intact.
Privacy
On your PC. Rimecall keeps your characters, settings and game account passwords on your own computer only. Passwords are encrypted with your Windows account and are never sent to us or anyone else.
What the app sends. When you have a licence, Rimecall sends its licence key to our server to fetch a renewed key. When automatic updates are on, it asks which Rimecall version is newest and sends along its own version, the expansion you chose, whether it runs as trial, free or Pro, and a random install number it made up itself, so we can see how many installs use which version. Nothing about you, your characters or your game accounts is sent. You can turn update checks off in Setup.
Problem reports. Only when you click Send a problem report in Rimecall, it sends what you wrote, your e-mail address if you give one, Rimecall's own log of the last three days, the in-game addon's log, your team setup and display settings. Passwords, licence keys and account names are never included. We use a report only to fix the problem and answer you, and delete it after 120 days.
On this website. For your account we store your e-mail address, your name as given at checkout, your licences and their status, and a session cookie that keeps you logged in (30 days). Login links are stored only as a fingerprint and work once.
Payments. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy; we receive your e-mail address, name and the plan you bought, never your card details.
E-mail. Login links and licence keys are sent through Resend. We don't send newsletters unless you ask for them.
Your rights. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at [support e-mail]. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires, and delete the rest when you close your account.
Refunds
Try Rimecall for free for 7 days before you buy. If it still doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment at [support e-mail] and you get your money back, no questions asked. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if you didn't use Rimecall Pro since the renewal.
Refunds are paid back through Lemon Squeezy to the way you paid. A refunded licence is cancelled.
